How to use the /instance/setRecordAttributes operation?

The parameter names and information for the operation /instance/setRecordAttributes is not enough to modify the value of a record row attribute:

Note: the IDs are correct, the value for rowid has been retrieved using the /instance/getRecordRowId operation:
