Operation /model/importXML returns a success message (status code 204) but doesn't import the content from the XML

When deployed as part of the ADOxxWeb API the /model/importXML operation returns a success status code (204), but the model that was in the XML (name="something" version="from xml") was not imported into the specified model group 90231 ("Models").
