adbinst - Internal error loading a resource

During the installation on a foreign system of the bee-up 1.5 64-bit prototype on macOS (presumably 10.15 Catalina) an error occurred during installation: [adbinst-10001] Internal error loading a resource. Resource ID: 2802

The error occurs during the following line of the installation script: LANG=en_US WINEARCH=win64 WINEPREFIX="${wineprefixdir}" WINEDEBUG=-all wine64 ${toolfolder}/adbinst.exe -d${database} -l${licensekey} -sSQLServer -iNO_SSO -lang2057 while the bee-up library is being imported into the database.

The system uses a language with what appears to be Cyrillic script.
