When starting it is stuck on the Splash Screen during "Initialization"

Sometimes the Bee-Up tool (and other ADOxx-based tools as well) gets stuck on the splash screen while starting. This happens during the "Initialization" step. The tool can be seen running in the background and having apparently the correct data loaded (e.g. Welcome screen with images of the last opened models), but as a whole it doesn't react and clicking on it shows the Windows prompt of "Application doesn't respond" preventing any interaction with it.

This has happend so far twice and resolved itself after terminating the Bee-Up process and waiting for some time before starting Bee-Up again.
