Update to version 2.0.0 for ADOxx 1.8.0

The starting library has been updated to work with ADOxx version 1.8.0.

Note the version number of the OMiLAB Starting Library published directly with ADOxx 1.8.0 is unfortunately badly chosen. It is the same as this 2.0.0 version.
