clean-up support, GoogleChart improvement, 

HFQ: simple support functions for "clean up". These only "get" but don't change anything.

Added Script comparing "clean up" information (HFQ) with available Question Instances of the individual services.

GoogleChart: more flexible data structure, improved sorting, code restructure.
